TERMS OF SALE
Prima Stone is made from natural stone products, including but not limited to: marble, travertine and onyx. Each piece of stone is unique, and within product series there can be a great variety in veining, tint, colour and density. There can also be minor pitting and/or surface fissures in stone. These variances are due to the naturally occurring conditions in which the stone has been created. None of the aforementioned qualities are considered defects and will not be considered grounds for an exchange, refund, or warranty claim.
1. SAMPLE MATERIAL
Samples provided by Prima Stone are intended to be representative of distinguishing features of the stone. Please contact Prima Stone's Order Desk for pictures of available inventory if the sample on-hand is an insufficient example of the product.

Prima Stone does not accept responsibility for providing additional material beyond what has been purchased.
Prima Stone does not provide installation services. Upon request, Prima Stone can provide clients a list of installers who are trained to work with Prima Stone products. To get the longest life and preserve the beauty of your natural stone, follow these simple tips:
Sealer: Natural stone requires maintenance for lasting beauty and should be properly sealed, especially in areas with lots of moisture or hard use. Prima Stone Inc. does not warrant against staining, pitting or etching. There are many types of stone sealants available on the market which have varying warranty lengths, cost and coverage. We suggest that you consult your installer to have them quote and appropriate sealer and maintenance program to suit your budget and needs. Two popular, high quality natural stone sealants are DryTreat and Aqua Mix. Please note, Prima Stone does not warranty third party sealers. Please complete a test area prior to applying to full panel to ensure look is consistent with desired outcome. Please consult sealant manufacturers warranty and application recommendations.
Coasters: Use coasters under all glasses, particularly those containing alcohol or citrus juices or anything hot including food dishes, coffee cups, etc. This will prevent etching of stone.
Dust Mopping: Dust mop interior areas frequently using a clean non-treated dry dust mop. Sand, dirt and grit are abrasive and can scratch and damage natural stone.
Spills: Blot the spill with a paper towel immediately. Don't wipe the area, it will spread the spill. Flush the area with water and mild soap and rinse several times. Dry the area thoroughly with a soft cloth. Repeat as necessary.
Clean stone surfaces with a neutral stone cleaner (such as Zep Granite & Marble Cleaner, available at Home Depot) , stone soap, or a mild liquid dishwashing detergent and warm water. Similar to any item cleaned in your home, an excessive concentration of cleaner or soap may leave a film and cause streaks. Follow manufacturer recommendations
Use a clean rag mop on floors and a soft cloth for other surfaces for best results.
Rinse the surface thoroughly after washing with the soap solution and dry with a soft cloth.
Change the rinse water frequently.
In the bath or other wet areas, soap scum can be minimized by using a squeegee after each use.
Cleaning Practices to Avoid:
Products containing lemon, vinegar or other acids may dull or etch stones. Do not use.
Scouring powders or creams often contain abrasives that may scratch certain stones.
Many commercially available rust removers (laundry rust stain removers, toilet bowl cleaners) contain trace levels of hydrofluoric acid (HF). This acid attacks silicates in addition to other minerals. All stones, will be attacked if exposed to HF.
